Situation: Helicopter simulator instructor injured during an hydraulic runaway.

Issue: Complex case involving manufactures, operators, and end users.  Simulator malfunction lead to sudden, un-demanded movement and subsequent injury to instructor.  LEXCO engaged by the Claimant’s solicitor to source a subject matter expert and structure an Expert Witness Report.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Through the LEXCO network, a deep-specialist expert was engaged by the Claimant’s solicitor to provide an initial overview of the incident followed by an Expert Witness Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Part 35 Report. This compliant report for the Court, explained the sequence and probable causes for actions and events, identifying causation and liability to inform Court options. Site visit planned but not required.
